Your stress levels hit an all time high and you feel like your hair is turning grey. 'Tis the season to be jolly they say? We say, 'tis the season to double up on those anxiety meds. Despite the fact that Christmas can be stressful AF, we do actually wave the festive flag. Once you get past the gift shopping part there's nothing but love to give, joy to feel and good food to eat.
